Dr Mulligan is an Australian and internationally trained Orthopaedic Surgeon practicing in Sydney. He treats a wide variety of orthopaedic injuries and conditions, particularly of the lower limbs (hip, knee, foot, ankle) in adults and children.

Dr Mulligan is an academic surgeon and educator, having been awarded a PhD for his trauma research. His philosophy is to bring the latest advances and techniques, combined with an empathetic and understanding approach, to patient care.
